Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of KGSource website content, enquiry forms, and sourcing/logistics support services.

1. Service scope

KGSource provides sourcing coordination, supplier communication, quality planning, freight coordination, and related commercial support. Final supplier agreements, import compliance, customs duties, and destination-country legal obligations remain the buyer's responsibility.

2. Quotations and timelines

Pricing, lead times, and freight estimates are indicative until confirmed in writing. Manufacturing, carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, and force majeure events can affect actual delivery dates.

3. Buyer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate product requirements, certifications, destination requirements, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing samples, approvals, and final commercial documents before payment release.

4. Quality and inspection limitations

Inspection support reduces risk but cannot eliminate all defects. Product performance, long-term durability, and market-specific certification outcomes may vary by usage conditions and third-party testing requirements.

5. Intellectual property

Any logos, specifications, packaging artwork, or brand assets you provide must be lawfully owned or licensed by you. KGSource does not assume liability for third-party infringement arising from client-submitted materials.

6. Payments and disputes

Payment schedules, dispute handling windows, and refund terms are defined per order or service agreement. If no separate agreement is signed, parties will resolve disputes in good faith through documented communication and evidence-based review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGSource is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or downstream marketplace penalties.
